The Crane Runway Division is the largest, most diversified source of high-quality and cost-effective runway systems, from design to supply and installation, in the United States. Our mill-duty rail clips, elastomeric pads and spherical-bearing tiebacks have been designed specifically for the domestic steel industry. With the assistance of our partner, Global Smart Rail (GSR), we provide complete system solutions that include a wide range of adjustable crane rail fasteners, as well as pads, sole plates, adjustable plates, grout, hydraulic buffers and special trackwork. Our flash welding, surveying and installation capabilities have been recognized as industry-leading methods to optimize life cycle performance for runway systems. Crane Rail
All domestic heavy crane rail profiles are available in three strength grades in accordance with ASTM A759: standard, premium head-hardened, and advanced head-hardened. European Rails are available in accordance with the DIN 536 specification.
Rubber Nose Adjustable Clip
Specifically designed to perform to the expectations of our domestic steel industry, ports and intermodal operators, and other industries. Designed to fit all commercially available crane rail profiles.
Anchor Bolts
Multiple steel grades and sizes available for varying dynamic forces. Corrosion inhibitor coating as required.
Steel Load-bearing Plate Assembly
Highly engineered for eitheer continuous (shown) or intermittently supported systems.
Rubber Pad*
Rail pads eliminate load concentrations and resulting fatigue stresses in the rail mounting system and crane components. Steel-reinforced rubber pads can be supplied for continuous support, and EVA copolymer pads can be supplied for discontinuous support.
