Rail Profiles

Crane Rails are made all over the world, in different sizes, lengths, weights, profiles and material properties. Selecting a rail profile involves a deep understanding and experience in rail systems as many factors need to be taken into consideration. To assist engineering consultants, designers, crane and equipment manufacturers as well as our local agents, the Atlantic Track team can be consulted at any time to discuss project specific requirements.

Crane Rail Clips

When selecting a rail clip, it is recommended to select a clip that will fit the supporting structure and that will carry the lateral forces from the crane wheels. The choice between bolted style clips and those with welded lower components is based on industry practice and preference.

Crane Rail Pad

Rail Pads are designed to reduce overall shock and vibration in the rail system, while also allowing for the rails to rotate.

Spherical Bearing Tie-Back

Individually engineered to efficiently transfer crane loads through the structural system and into the foundation.

Hydraulic Crane Buffers

Atlantic Track crane buffers are designed to absorb the energy of overhead bridge cranes, gantry cranes, STS cranes, AS/RS cranes and other rail-mounted equipment allowing for controlled deceleration and stopping. This optimizes the performance of the equipment as well as the safety by reducing the end force reactions.

Rubber Trench Infill

Environmentally friendly Rubber used to allow safe movement across embedded track while allowing for easy access.

Epoxy Grout

Specially formulated CRS Epoxy Grout to withstand high dynamic forces realized on Crane Runway Systems.
